Summary: We as a family would 100 % recommend a stay in this property.The villa itself is very well equipped and modern with clear instructions on how to use some of the amenities. The pool is a good size and we spent hours playing in it and cooling down during some beautiful weather. All rooms are generous in size with lots of personal touches. The garden is private and spacious and the hammock was a big hit!Location is good and a car is not needed to get to La Bocca (10 minute walk) where the Boulangerie was a daily visit. The beach is also around a 10 minute walk but may take longer to get back as it is a steep incline back to the villa. We parked our car in a Cannes car park which was free after 6pm and really enjoyed having a look round the marina, the shops and the market stalls. Lots of designer shops and expensive cars but also plenty of things to buy at a more reasonable price!Christal was always quick to reply to concerns and was very accommodating during the booking process. Eve, who let us in to the property is a real character but is a lovely lady who made us feel so welcome.We had a wonderful week at the villa and would definitely consider returning at another time. Thank you!!!!

Summary: Christel's home has everything you could want for and more. No corners cut. Nice furniture, dishwasher, plenty of cooking utensils, kitchenware, surround sound system in the lounge and even a WiiU console. You can tell that this her home, not just a holiday rental. She was also an excellent hostess, responding very quickly to any questions we had. It's a nice quiet location up a narrow, twisty road from the main street of La Bocca. It's less than 15 minutes walk to the main town (but a little steep on the way back up for kids). The beaches are narrow and very busy. It's hard to park by the beaches so get there early or walk. We'd definitely come again and would highly recommend this property to others looking for a quality & relaxing break.
