Summary: The town is a great stopover during a road trip, though its food options are limited and everything closes on the earlier side, so check hours before you go. Property was nice, staff was friendly, room was big and clean. Restaurant in the lobby was great for relaxing after a long day with a glass of wine and an appetizer. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Summary: Room is nice and clean as shown in the picture. It also has a nice view of the town. The restaurant below offers a small discount if you are a hotel guest and isn't bad. The only problem with this place is that there is no one to check you in and help you. The wifi password was hard to find and the door doesn't close properly. The restaurant is the "help". There are steep stairs going up to the second floor where the bedrooms are - no elevators. Even a carry-on luggage was difficult to haul up.

Summary: Very large room with updated bathroom and a coffee maker. Centrally located but there is not much to see or do in town. Restaurant downstairs is good but pay attention during breakfast as they don’t refill much when things run out. This morning they were out of croissants, juice, milk, bread, coffee (asked for more), and cheese (asked for more)

Summary: This is by far the best hotel we stayed in Iceland. Nestled in the northern side of Snaefellesnes peninsula in Olasvik, the hotel is a very reasonable distance from Kirkjufellfoss. The room was spacious, and very clean. When I called up the customer service and asked to move me to a room with kitchen, she gladly did that for me. Such a nice gesture. We are a family of 4 and this was a family room with ocean view. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
