Located on the backside of the Rowandale community, this newly remodeled, quaint cottage boasts four bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bath, a custom sleeper sofa, a well stocked kitchen, all towels and linens, hairdryers, keurig, washer and dryer, items needed to enjoy the Rowandale amenities, and is game day ready!

'Sip on in is located less than two miles from the Ole Miss campus and the Historic Oxford Square. For convenience, the Oxford University Transit (OUT) Red North Line has a stop within Rowandale.

Summary: I can’t say enough amazing things about this experience! As the military aircrew for the flyover of the Ole Miss vs Georgia football game, the home was beautiful and the manager Billi was incredible with hosting us. Great location for short drive to Oxford square and university. Hotty Toddy!

Summary: We arrived on Friday, left Sunday. The house was a perfect fit for the 8 of us! We considered using the transit system, but the drive to Ole Miss wasn’t far. We enjoyed the amenities, larger pool further from house and the neighborhood was quiet.

Summary: 5 ladies in town for a 2 day golf tournament at Ole Miss Golf Course. The condo was so spacious and comfortable for our group and so convenient to the golf course and downtown. Loved having the separate beds and bathrooms for all of us. Everything was beautifully decorated and appreciated the shower supplies and VERY WELL STOCKED kitchen. Highly recommended!

Summary: Billi has thought of everything! This was a perfect place to stay for game day weekend! A couple of moms took our girls to the LSU vs Ole Miss Basketball game. The girls stayed upstairs blaring Taylor Swift as us moms relaxed downstairs. We really enjoyed the full bathrooms in each bedroom. We will definitely stay here again.
