Negative: I've stayed at this property several times, and unfortunately, the check-in process continues to be frustrating. Every time I check in, there are issues with my booking details. I have to repeatedly remind staff about what is included in my reservation, and even after confirming everything at check-in, I'm asked again at check-out to provide proof of what was included. This has happened on multiple stays and creates unnecessary stress. It would greatly improve the guest experience if the front desk team could review booking details more carefully in advance and ensure consistent communication between check-in and check-out staff.

Negative: Our spare bed wasn’t in our room on arrival, with a weeks notice,Reception Service was really slow and disorganised, but very friendly.Breakfast staff were hard to understand at times,Finding names etc and not having people on the list.housekeeping staff had a window of 3 hrs to clean our room and it wasn’t done when we returned. Priority should be the guests who are there,not incoming guests. We ended up just taking towels. The floors needed a vac and rubbish was piling up. Just put it in a bag outside our room in the end. Gym is way too small for the capacity of hotel. May I suggest a water station in reception where you can fill up! your water bottles as they don’t fit under the bathroom taps. I noticed lots of people using the cafe water to fill up bottles.
Summary: Having worked in the industry you notice the little things and it’s the attention to detail that you remember the most.
