Summary: The room was clean. The AC worked well. The hot tub worked well. However, there was a small piece of floor stripping missing around the hot tub, and there was a huge water damage stain in the shower ceiling that leaked water when we turned on the shower. So while we’re showering, water was dripping out of the ceiling onto our heads. I was infuriated. This is not acceptable. We didn’t discover the stain until later in the night, and didn’t realize that it was leaking water until the next morning when we showered. Absolutely ridiculous.

Summary: Room was outdated, bed very uncomfortable. Went by ratings that was wrong!!!

Summary: Service was great, staff was friendly. Room was clean for the most part. Ceiling had signs of water damage from upstairs unit. Bed was not very comfortable but not horrible if you like a firm bed. Had plenty of pillows, even a "play" pillow(wedge). All in all for the savings from staying downtown id choose it again.

Summary: Only thing I didn’t like is who ever cleaning the rooms not clean it real good or sanitizing I had ants around my Jacuzzi tub because somebody had probably previous had beer in there and it was a beer bottle top so I had to clean it myself. The shower was nasty. I wasn’t able to take a shower I had to just wash up. when I pay that type of money, I expect to be able to take showers and relax without having to clean it. The overall experience is cool. The customer service is very great.

Summary: Everything was great. Not sure if the motel knows that the plug in the whirlpool doesn’t stay unplugged. You have to sit there for like 20 minutes holding it open for the water to drain. Also, don’t know if they’re aware that

Summary: Jacuzzi in the room was AWESOME! But probably the most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept in since the 80’s. Only a thin useless blanket and the A/C only had two settings…arctic tundra or off. The room could only be 100 degrees or 50 degrees. No middle ground. But it was wonderful to get away and the price was right, so two thumbs up!
