Summary: Checkin process is simple and easy but needs to be earlier than 4 pm. Washington Ave is very noisy at night. Lights need dimmers.

Summary: The property was clean, spacious, comfortable & fairly well equipped. The location was walking distance to Target Field, which is where we watched 3 ball games. Trader Joe's for groceries was a 3-5 minute walk. When I say fairly well equipped I mean gas stove, large refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee maker with coffee & filters, microwave, toaster, kettle, plenty of cutlery, mugs, glasses, plates, pots, pans & cooking utensils. What is lacking is pot holders or oven mitts, dish rags, tea towels & a larger dish rack to do dishes in the sink.( there was small one) Also a television with ESPN,CNN,MSNBC, would be nice. Also the night tables in bedroom #2 need refinishing.

Summary: The AC did not work well and our room was 75 degrees or higher all stay but other then that everything was great.

Summary: Checkin was seamless and no contact! Had to contact support through the app for stovetop issue, took a bit to fix it. Otherwise everything else was good.

Summary: Great stay for the 4th of July music and fireworks on the river. Residential neighborhood with good restaurants, grocery, coffee and more within easy walking distance. Easy, reasonably priced parking options nearby. Comfortable apartment, clean and well equipped.

Summary: Fantastic location to stadium. Clean unit. Beds verry hard and memory foam that gets very hot in the middle of the night, really our only complaint. On site staff communicated and resolved an issue with batteries in our door keypad very quickly. I would stay here again. A little weird that there are owners and renters on the same floors but it was not an issue.

Summary: Nice, secure building. Everything seems really new. Spacious unit. Close to the stadium but about a mile from most restaurants and shops. Would have been nice to have hand soap in the kitchen and liquid dish soap for washing an individual dish. There was no blanket for the pull out couch. We requested a blanket and it took 24 hours to get one. Felt like something in between a hotel and air b&b - it had the space and some of the amenities of an air b&b (like laundry) paired with the lack of immediate customer service. It was pretty streamlined though so that felt more like a hotel.
