Positive: Good location. Friendly staff. Main rooms of inn were beautiful.
Negative: Shower and toilet were not clean. Force of shower was very high and uncomfortable. Poor quality towels/bath amenities. Previously used bedding just thrown in the closet. Uncomfortable bed. Breakfast was not worth the inclusion.

Positive: The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clearly recently renovated. The location was great. We were able to walk to all of the spots we wanted to visit, including the farmers market, and restaurants/bars.
Negative: According to online ads there is breakfast included, but there was no breakfast. According to the staff member it is only in the busy season (summer) that they have breakfast. This was deceiving as the dining room was set with dishes and a breakfast menu. There was a Keurig so myself and a few other guests were able to make black coffee/tea but that was it. Additionally, my pillow smelled very strongly of Axe body spray, which makes me uncertain if the pillow case was changed before I arrived.
Summary: This was overpriced for what it was.

Positive: The location is fantastic, can easily walk to many hotspots in town.
Negative: I was not provided a password for the WiFi, and by the time I returned after supper, there was no staff present to ask, so. was not able to use the WiFi. Although breakfast was supposed to included, when I came down for breakfast at 8:45 there was no staff to be found. When I call the number posted for assistance (as well as the house phone), I got an automated message and had to go find breakfast off site. When I returned to check out at 10:30, there was still no staff were present and again no one answering the phone. I left a message regarding having to leave and I was checking out, no one ever returned my call.

Positive: Beautiful property, sitting areas outside were lovely. Very nice staff! Location was excellent, walking to restaurants and bars is close by.
Negative: Breakfast could use some improvement on food as fruit was rotten and eggs barely cooked. Table and silverware were dirty.
Summary: Will stay here again and recommend to everyone.

Positive: Bed was comfortable, nice shower, host was nice.
Negative: Breakfast room very warm, could have used a little ventilation. The grounds and gardens were an overgrown disaster. Years ago they were quite impressive.
Summary: Overall a bit disappointing for what once was a beautiful property.
