Positive: The location and the young lady's voice at the reception who sang so nice!

Negative: The bathroom: no flush, dirty shower. I also found a hair in the linen sheets. (it's not mine, I'm bald) And the fact that there is no remote control of the A/C

Positive: Clean rooms, comfy bed. Coffee and tea making facilites. Good location in centre of GL. I also liked the small balcony to dry your clothes. Also must thank the staff so much. They really helped me out.
