Modern conveniences meet historic charm in this private, spacious 2 bed/2 bath condo! Situated in the historic neighborhood of East Walnut Hills, just minutes to all downtown attractions (Paul Brown stadium, Great American Ballpark, OTR, Newport on the Levee, etc). The condo is in a converted 125 year old Victorian home. Amenities include wifi, large TV, in unit washer/dryer, 2 large bedrooms, and extra nook.
The space
This spacious unit includes original hardwood floors, high ceilings, and a true to the period turret, all furnished with contemporary finishes and decor. Rooms include: kitchen, 2 full updated bathrooms, living room, dining room, 2 large bedrooms, and private nook that can be used as a 3rd bedroom.
Please be advised that the house is situated on a hill, so there are both an interior and exterior flight of stairs to get up to the unit.
Guests have access to the exterior and interior doors via a convenient smartlock keypad.

Summary: They were shingling the roof one morning they woke us up at 7:30. The next morning we were leaving and they were cleaning off the sidewalk with leaf blowers etc. There was a mouse trap in our bedroom so I am guessing they have a problem with mice. The kitchen has a lot of plates etc. but the pans are just a bunch of things that no one wanted. Laundry was amazing and all the essentials for showers etc were appreciated. We would not recommend staying here needs alot of work. They did give us a credit which was. I’ve but still ruined our trip to Cinn. OH

Summary: We were in town for the weekend and it was a great place to stay. Owners responded to messages very quickly and gave us check in information ahead of time. The area felt very safe and the place was very clean. We would definitely book again if we are in the area!

Summary: This was a great location. Easy to get into downtown or uptown. The house was gorgeous. Only thing maybe I would add is some fans in the bed rooms, the air doesn't move much and another sofa/love seat for the sitting area by the TV. The owners communicated very quickly and professionally. Would def stay here again on my next visit.

Summary: This a beautiful house on a quiet street! I will say it is pretty steep to get to the house, so if stairs are a problem, this isn’t the place for you but otherwise not too bad. I would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Great place, beautiful home and exactly as advertised. Communication with Preston was easy. The place was perfect for a group of concert goers with plenty of room. Took us about 12 minutes to get to Riverbend... also close to a brewery and restaurants that we stopped in while we were there. Would definitely recommend and stay there again in the future.
