Upon inheriting the home the granddaughter decided to list where others could enjoy its charm. It has all modern conveniences to include new HVAC. Beautiful setting for bridal photos and wedding party. You will be amazed how relaxing a cup of coffee on the front porch can be.

Summary: This house is a gorgeous historical family home that has been wonderfully renovated. It’s even larger than it looks in the pictures with plenty of room for a large family or friends. The house is beautifully restored and decorated. I really can’t say enough about how much I loved it. Anyone that books an event at the All is Grace venue should book this house-it more than comfortably accommodates 7 people in my opinion. It’s definitely a diamond in a small rural town and I’m delighted that I found it. I loved everything about it. The host warmly communicated with me and my stay was perfect. I was actually sad to leave!!! I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Summary: I was looking for a place that would be able to accommodate my kids and grandkids as well as a place to be able to cook Thanksgiving dinner for the rest of my family. The house was lovely and perfect size. We only had a couple of issues. I had to clean some of the pots to use them. The other was when the plumbing backed up into the showers, one overflowing, and having to cleanup all the mess. The owner was easy to notify about the problem. They said this had happened last week. The owner stated that the city line is the problem. Overall it was great place with lots of space.

Summary: Well maIntained home and we’ll stocked with kitchen utensils, plates,etc. The ceiling fan in the front bedroom needs to be adjuster to eliminate the noise. Would highly recommend this house if one needs a place to stay in Rising Star.

Summary: Cute little house in small town Texas. The house was just what we needed while in town for a wedding in Brownwood. The owner keeps things well stocked and shares a little history of the house, which was neat.

Summary: We meet our son & family halfway due to long distances, so we've rented several places & this one is the best. It’s clean & homey with the best outfitted kitchen so far! Some places don’t even have kitchen basics, which you don’t realize till you’re in the middle of prep.. this can be frustrating! But Rita’s kitchen is set up for cooking in & eating together, well thought out & planned. We often wonder if owners bother to stay in the VRBO homes they rent or even try to cook a meal, etc. But it’s obvious Rita does. 😊lovely home & experience. Thanks & we will be return customers!
