Summary: The room temperature was 51 degrees when we arrived. We turned the heat up to 70 degrees and left for dinner and activities. When we came back several hours later, the room was still in the 50's. The front desk seemed puzzled about what to do even though there were numerous other empty rooms. They finally called someone and got the okay to switch us to another room where the heat worked fine. Breakfast is minimal. The only protein was flavored yogurt (not Greek).

Summary: The room was truly spotless. The blackout curtains were great for a good night sleep. However, the soap for the bathroom fell apart in your hands. The shower was a bit short for a tall person. I would suggest the dispenser, shampoo and bath soap like other hotels have.

Summary: We turned the heat on in room 213 and it smelled horrible like there was mouse poop in there. Tried to tell staff at departure but they were busy and I didn’t want to wait. Stay was fine no issues otherwise
