Positive: With two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a sitting room/parlor, the location had everything one could want. The location is perfect, within 10 minutes of the historic parts of New Bern. There is ample off-street parking and the neighborhood is quiet in the evening. There is a pizza restaurant two doors down and across the street. The beds and chairs are comfortable and it's very relaxing to unwind in the evening or sip your coffee in the morning. The neighbors we met were all very pleasant. Check-in/-out through Stephanie was very easy.
Negative: This is a nit, but I find bringing my own pillow when possible always helps. You may or may not find the pillows to your liking.
Summary: A cozy and warm home close to everything historic New Bern has to offer

Positive: The location to downtown was great. Everything was in walking distance. The apartment was a great reminder of how things were during the Civil War. It was interesting to learn it was originally built as a rental back during that time.
Negative: The name on the wifi could have been more clear. Didn't notice the full name until I connected the tablet.
Summary: It was wonderful and beautiful.

Positive: This rental was a blast from the past. We really enjoyed the Victorian-inspired theme and decor. The owner was very friendly and reached out to us via text the day of and after to ensure we had everything needed. The rental had a bunch of brochures to numerous local eats and recreational activities. I definitely recommend this rental.
