Summary: We were overwhelmed by the friendliness and professionalism of Mirabelle at the front desk. Hotel was spacious, modern, clean and comfy. The breakfast was amazing. Perfect location for those needing the airport. Shuttle available (at extra cost). Great swimming pool (available at extra cost). We also opted for late check out which was super helpful (also at an extra cost).

Summary: It seems that room service/cleaning doesn’t know that if you clean the room, once upon a time you have to clean under the bed too. We had to move the bed once because something felt on the floor. Hair from the previous guests in the shower. Limited choice of convenience / microwave food. But the top of all was the lady at the reception who hardly spoke German nor English when asking if we could change the room. How is it possible for a company like Wyndham Europe? If this would happen in one of the US based hotels, I would bad service categorize this as “common” but in Germany????
