Positive: Good location, nice views and swimming pool

Negative: Breakfast was poor quality, eggs charged at extra cost. Breakfast staff ignored us and were talking amongst themselves, it felt like they were annoyed that we showed up for breakfast and it set a very poor tone for the hotel. Room noise insulation was poor so you can hear your neighbours.

Positive: Clean, central, modern facilities. Fresh ingredients at breakfast.

Negative: Extremely thin doors, inside and outwards towards garden. Very noisy as a consequence. Staff very unhelpful and muted if not sour. The superior rooms are on the bottom without views. No coffee in the rooms. Extremely limited choice at breakfast. Any eggs is at extra cost.

Positive: Thr receptioist was very friendly and helpful. Large room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Good air con Excellent food in restaurant Close to centre but very quiet Definitely recommend

Negative: There was no lift and the stairs felt unsafe as they were not uniform; were a rough wood style. I think health and safety should come before style. It also made getting suitcases to and from rooms very difficult. A lift would really inprove this hotel.
