Positive: The location is stunning and it is only 5!minutes driving from Ardara. Everything mentioned about the view in the description match the reality.. The property offers everything for a comfortable self-catering stay. We had an everything that we needed. The owners are friendly and helpful.

Positive: the view was amazing - on entering the hall and lounge looked nice and the kitchen also looked nice until you opened the cupboards

Negative: cutlery and cooking utensils had to be washed before using - out of date food in cupboard eg opened mustard BBE september 2022 - opened tartare sauce BBE august 2022 which makes you wonder when the kitchen cupboards were last cleaned!!! a george foreman grill was thick with grease and could not be used. The bath had such high sides and no grab handles and was dangerous to try and climb into to have a shower - one of our party was unable to shower all week. Also workmen working in the grounds 7 out of our 8 days which took away your privacy especially when walking by your bedroom window - unable to use bbq are because work being done in this area. Rubbish bins overflowing in garage and had to ask for these to be emptied.

Summary: View was magnificent - Kitchen and cupboards need a deep clean - Bathroom dangerous for showering
