Summary: Bed was comfortable, but not the greatest. Not enough towels and cleaning service came by late at night (after 8:00). USB outlets did not work. Lobby flooded when it rained. Only one elevator. Only one restaurant (expensive)

Summary: Fantastic location excellent One problem I faced which may affect the score in the future if not improved . That was a behavior of one of the female recipients as she change my studio room number with out taking my approval or comments, even she interfered in this situation and she was not the person in front of me or helping me . Mr Amjad was trining to solve the problem as he was upset toward that situation!! Pls take an action against this kind of behavior to improve your status .. regards
