This extremely private luxury home with Catamount Ski views and close to The Barn at Liberty Farms is situated on 33-acres at the end of a cul de sac and is located in Columbia County just 10 minutes from the Massachusetts boarder and 30 minutes from the Vermont border. This home has 5+ bedrooms (2 first floor masters) and 4 and 1/2 baths comfortably sleeps 14 plus people. With the bedrooms split so that the house feels private from all rooms. Eat-in-kitchen with a separate formal dining area. Cozy up with a book in the library with a w/fp. Other rooms include: living room, great room with wood burning stove, country office, 4.5 bathrooms, laundry room. The basement has full size pool table and ping pong, treadmill and spinner bicycle. The den includes a quality piano for your use. There is very large outside deck as well as a large screened in porch looking out at the Berkshire Mountains!. There is a beautiful swimming pond and a gazebo. Close to all major ski resorts (Catamount, Jiminy Peak and Butternut). Rail trails for biking. Many places to hike. Tanglewood, Jacobs Pillow, and more close. Trains to Manhattan nearby and available Uber as well.

Summary: The house has three levels with sleeping space on all three levels. The feeling is that of a small hotel with common spaces combined with separate suites, so young adult’s can join in group activities but then retire to their own area when they tire of being with the older crowd..

Summary: A lovely house remote enough to be quiet but not too far from amenities. Great views from an enormous deck, and several separate socializing spaces, which is good for a big group The vibe was more ‘borrowing a friend’s place’ than commercial rental. A couple of the bedrooms are a bit marginal, but overall a very comfortable house in a good location.

Summary: Paul offers a very nice stay in the Berkshires, close to several ski resorts. The house is large and can accommodate a big group very easily, with plenty of space for all. Communication with Paul was a breeze! He was great and we would love to be able to stay again!

Summary: Hillsdale is a lovely area and this house was a pleasant and spacious retreat for us (5 adults, 2 kids). We especially enjoyed the screened porch, comfy living rooms, deck, backyard, exercise equipment, piano, and kids' toys and games. Paul is a helpful and responsive host.

Summary: Nice areas for the family to hang out together, but plenty of room to do your own thing. It's nice and remote but just a short drive to get to groceries and restaurants. The whole family had a great time here.
