5 Bedroom House in Stowe Hollow, Stowe

A beautiful vacation home with hot tub in the winter and a heated, professionally-maintained in ground pool open during the summer. It's located the Stowe Hollow area about 3 miles to Stowe Village and 7 miles to Stowe Mountain Resort. Rental comes with Free Stowe Mountain Parking for 1 car (requires plate number for us to enter on our pass). Gorgeous view of Mt. Mansfield from almost every window. All new furniture in Living Room. The house is especially well suited for families. The main floor of this home has an open floor plan, a modern kitchen with breakfast bar, dining table for 8+. The "LOOKOUT" living room has a beautiful wood-burning fireplace, large HD 42" TV. Directly off the kitchen, the "HAYRIDE" family room has another large, new HD 42" TV, ping pong table, and games/toys. Located on the main floor is the the "NATIONAL" bedroom with queen bed. The main floor bathroom, with shower, is located off "HAYRIDE." The "TRES AMIGOS" bedroom suite is located on the west side of the house on the lower level and includes a queen bed, 2 addition twin beds and private bath. The lower level, on the east side of the house, features 2 bedrooms: "GOAT" has a full bed and "STARR" has 2 twin beds. There is a sleeping nook "GONDOLIER" with two more twin beds. The lower east side shares a bathroom with tiled tub/shower. This home is beautifully decorated with Pottery Barn furnishings, bed linens, top of the line pillow-top mattresses. There is high speed internet, 2 HD Smart TVs with You Tube TV Subscription (Boston local channels), Sonos sound system, and WII with games. Enjoy a great deck in the summer time with dining table chairs and deep-seating GlosterTeak Furniture. Plenty of room for your outerwear in the back hall with an entry directly from the 2 car garage.

Summary: The house was very clean and well appointed! My family and I felt very comfortable! We loved having two living rooms (one for the adults and one for the kids). The check in process was completely seamless and the owner was always available for questions. The house is a short drive away from lots of restaurants and an easy 20 minute drive from the ski resort. We were only four people but the house comfortably sleeps many more guests!

Summary: The place is as advertised, but the view is way better than the pictures make it look. It's a spectacular location and it's great to sit on the deck and drink your morning coffee overlooking the mountains - and evening beer/wine. We had a wonderful time with our two boys swimming in the pool in the afternoon (after it heated up a bit). Great location - easy 15 minute drive will get you to basically everything.

Summary: This property was amazing from the view, pool, your own sleeping quarter, great deck and pool furniture, open living areas in the house to gather or get space 😉, gaming for kids and more... you really can’t say enough about the location and proximity to great outdoor activities and the view here. House was immaculate and beautifully furnished. Owners very responsive to any questions we had about the property. Highly recommend!

Summary: We had a great time. The property was lovely, secluded, spacious and in a beautiful spot. We hiked and rode bikes and horses and swam in a nearby lake. My toddler was very excited when we put up a small tent to sleep in in the beautiful backyard and watched the stars. The home was clean and communication with the host was prompt and friendly. Highly recommend

Summary: The house is in a fantastic location, only 10 minutes from the mountain road, easy to find, yet private and quiet. It was comfortable and large enough for our group of 11 people, and the bedrooms worked out great. We had a fire going every night in the fireplace and loved how cozy and convivial the living room was, with the second living room available for game playing or TV watching. There was a garage full of wood so it couldn’t have been easier to build and maintain the fires in the fireplace. We loved the Wall of Fire grate and one of our group is going to buy one for his own fireplace! We enjoyed the hot tub, which has the same beautiful view of Mount Mansfield and Spruce Peak that the living room does. The beds and furniture are very comfortable, and the house has a homey, personal feeling while still being welcoming to guests. The downstairs bedrooms (almost all of them; there’s one on the main floor) were very quiet even when people were still awake and talking or playing games in the living room. All in all, it was a terrific house and a wonderful week.

Summary: Our stay here was great! It comfortably slept 12 people with plenty of space. The house was ready to go on our arrival with the hot tub warm and a pre-built fire! The view of the mountain is great and compliments your morning coffee well. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This house is in a great location, has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone and has a ton of great amenities. The hot tub is great to rest sore muscles after long days on the mountain and the house overlooks a great view which is peaceful and relaxing. The house also has a ping pong table and nintendo wii for the end of the night and the kitchen has everything you need to fix a good meal. Will definitely book again on our next trip to Stowe!

Summary: This year, our group of three families explored Stowe for our annual ski retreat. This house was conveniently situated with great amenities. There were plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas for all 12 of us to both gather together and retreat quietly. You can tell this home is well-loved; we felt like we were visiting a relative’s house. We’re hoping to return soon!
