Positive: Our family recently stayed at this villa, and overall it was a pleasant experience with a few areas that could definitely be improved. First, the good things: the location is very convenient and easy to access. The villa itself is spacious and clean and somewhat comfortable, which made it great for a family stay. We also appreciated the clean swimming pool and the availability of parking space, which made things much more convenient for us.

Negative: However, there were a few issues during our stay. We informed the host ahead of time that there would be 4 of us staying as it was obvious when we booked the villa, but there were only 3 blankets prepared. Unfortunately, we only noticed this when we were about to go to bed since the bedrooms were on the second floor. By then it was already around 10 PM, and we didn't want to bother the housekeeper at that hour. The big issue was the scheduled POWER INTERRUPTION. We were only informed about it on the day we arrived at the villa, and there was no prior notice before our booking or before we arrived. It would have been very helpful to know this in advance, especially since the house becomes quite hot without electricity. A generator was provided, which helped a bit. However, on the morning of the scheduled power interruption, we were about to take a shower but discovered that there was no water. Like for real??!! Because of this, we couldn't really do much and ended up leaving earlier than planned. Another thing, we noticed that the water dispenser was almost empty when we arrived. We only drank about 2 glasses of water and it was already blinking indicating that there was no more water. We informed the housekeeper and we were told that we would need to replace the water container ourselves. Personally, I think this is something that should have been checked and prepared before guests arrive. For the price we paid, we were expecting a smoother experience and a bit more attention to these details. That said, I did inform the owner about the power interruption and the inconvenience it caused us, and they kindly offered us a discount for a future stay if we decide to come back. Nonetheless, the villa itself matches the description and has a lot of potential for a comfortable stay, especially if a few of these service details are improved.
