Positive: Loved the amazing view and beautiful grounds. The location just outside of Carvoeiro in a calm area was great.
Negative: The food/the restaurant were just bad (so we had to drive to go to restaurants for lunch or dinner). The kids’club is sort of just a babysitting service near the playground.

Positive: The location was absolutely stunning. Being there for my wedding required me shifting to different units, all of which had their own character.
Negative: The larger one-bedroom and two-bedroom units were potentially a little more outdated, however this added to their character and we liked it. The only downside, which was possibly down to staffing issues, was the restaurant and staff were a little bit slow in terms of taking orders and delivering food.
Summary: Ultimately, we had the very best time and are excited to have this place to revisit for our wedding anniversary. Highly

Positive: Location was amazing, peaceful, beautiful nature, nice beach and a fun hike to Praia marinha. The rooms were very good, the pools were lovely.
Negative: The restaurant food was not great for the price, and with one or two exceptions (Hugo comes to mind, he was great) the staff was poorly trained. In general it felt like they were all terrified of some management overlord but didn't know how to do the basics of customer service. I think these things were annoying enough that we probably wouldn't stay again.
Summary: Nice place, but customer service lacking.

Positive: wonderful rooms, comfortable beds, nice breakfast too; I also found 2 pastel de nata in the room waiting for me on the table :) I know you can use the pool and the gym, which is great, but unfortunately I didn't do it... ps: the villa really gives you the vibes of "The Truman Show" village lol
Negative: if you don't have a car or if you're not using a uber/taxi, then it's probably more difficult to reach; I've personally walked from Benagil Cave to the Resort (less than 1 hr), but then took a uber to reach my next destination (Lagos); also, if you stay there with a friend, be mindful of the showers/toilet: if I remember correctly, there were only glass doors, so it's all very visible hehe

Positive: The suite is very spacious, with double sinks, and a nice shower, balcony overlooking the garden, it has a small fridge, a water boiler, and a separate living area. The property is well maintained as well, with small water fountains in the property.
Negative: Location is in a remote area, far away from the city center. Narrow roads when getting close to the property. No hair conditioner provided in the shower.
