Positive: Well how to say that. I saw a lot of good comments but I didn’t feel the same unfortunately. Place is nice but very very far from everything. You need a vehicle. Nobody was there to welcome me. Juat an old guy arrived eventually amd gave me a phone with a person telling me he will give me a room. An other person gave me water. And then I never see anybody else and I had to seek for someone to pay when living. If not with my motorbike I would have been blocked there with no food or help. So I do not know what to say. Maybe a bad day for them or else but I do not had a good feeling there.
Negative: No help at all, and too far to organise things with no help…
Summary: Seems a very good place but I didn’t had a good experience so I do not know

Positive: The gardens were gorgeous and lush and the cafe next door with the Kafka library were so relaxing and awesome. We loved the food cooked for dinner and all the cute dogs and cats around. Very tranquil environment and very kind and hospitable hosts. We also loved using the free bikes.
Negative: We think there may have been mouse or rat droppings in the room when we arrived but hard to say.
Summary: Super chill and peaceful hanging out at Vila Basi for a couple days! We loved the gardens and the cafe and library next

Positive: I like how they set up the place. It feels like you’re living super near nature.
Negative: The room is fine enough though it is really annoying to me. The mosquitoes are everywhere, the given water is stored in an old jar (totally needed to be changed), it’s super an open place so you would hear other guests tho.
Summary: I stayed mostly outside for work and just needed the room for sleep.

Positive: Hosts are awesome! They helped us in getting back a phone we forgot on the bus coming there and they booked for us the bus to go back to Ho Chi Minh City. The food is really good and I really recommend to rent motorbikes to go for a ride around the countryside and in Tra Vinh area.

Positive: This was a peaceful time here for me, who love nature and animals. I could spend hours in Kafka with many kinds of book. Riding with bicycle arround the village in early morning was really nice and special. I hope I can discover more or join the tours here next time. Thank you Vila Basi!
