Positive: Very well equipped villa with private beach, and all facilities. Everything almost new, very clean and decent. The host was very friendly and speaks English, made check in process stress free.

Negative: Nothing to complain about.

Positive: We stayed here with our family and overall had a nice experience. The villa looks exactly like in the pictures, which is not always the case. It’s new, everything worked perfectly, and the equipment was great.

Negative: The only downside was that the owner spent too much time at the property. He often brought his private guests and family, which reduced the feeling of privacy. When renting the whole villa, I would expect full privacy for the guests.

Summary: Nice new villa, well equipped, but owner was around too often, less privacy.
