Positive: Stayed for a few days as a family of four. We rated our stay 9/10 mainly because we felt the accommodation offered very good value for money, and the host was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We travelled by car, so the location worked well for us. There was plenty of free on-street parking available, and the neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful, making it easy to come and go. Overall, we appreciated the honest pricing, the helpful host, and the convenient parking, which made the stay good value for the price.

Positive: Closeness to Constanta airport was the reason for us chosing this property. We booked a big airy apartment which was great for the family.
Negative: Arrived late evening, was quite difficult to locate, a simple sign saying Vila Florelena or a more prominent No 14 would have allayed fears of not being in the right place. Noisy midnight train, pets and cockerels; nothing the host can do about these though!

Positive: For the excellent price this accomodation offers decent value. AC unit on each floor was a true help.
Negative: The kitchen is inadequately equipped. Basic things are missing. Not a single glass for water. The bigger of the two pots holds only 1.5 L. Only two burners on the stove top were working. Some other listed equipment (e.g. haidryer) was not provided.
