Positive: We were a bit unlucky and experienced a power outage during most of our stay (so no light, Wi-Fi or fridge ;-)) but that's not something the host could have done anything about. The place was clean and comfortable for our 1-night stay.

Negative: It would have been nice to have a regular bath towel - as someone with longish hair I really struggled with a hand towel only.
