Positive: The building is new and modern. The staff is very friendly. The apartment is very clean and very well designed. The furniture is comfortable. Thank you for the bottle of wine! 5 minutes drive from the center of the town. Free parking. The breakfast was tasty in a beautiful restaurant close to the property.
Negative: If you wish to cook, please bring everything you might need since the equipment in the kitchen is basic.

Negative: When we searched for a hotel in this area, we specifically looked for a hotel with air conditioning. This hotel was published as one with air conditioning, but it is completely not true. The information on booking.com is false and misleading. Since it was hot, we had to sleep with the windows open only to hear the heavy traffic all night.

Negative: A beautiful and clean place with parking. However, it's located on a main road and can be quite noisy at night. There is no elevator, and staying in the upper rooms is not easy, especially if you have luggage. But the main issue with this place is the misleading advertisement — it is listed on Booking as having air conditioning, which is simply not true! We stayed there in the summer on the top floor, and the bedroom had no window and was extremely hot. The staff was nice and tried to help by providing a fan, but it really didn’t make a difference.

Positive: Lovely bright apartment, very new, spotless and well equipped. Good quality kitchenette with all necessary utensils etc. Within walking distance of Kolasin centre with several excellent bars and restaurants. A delicious traditional breakfast was served in an ajoining log cabin Even though it is a small block of apartments, there were always staff there day and night
Negative: 1. The site advertises it is air-conditioned. This isn't the case, and during our stay it was very warm, so windows have to be opened. This revealed that the villa is actually on quite a busy road with numerous lorries passing making it quite noisy at night 2. The villa is cash only. This wasn't clear on the payment/booking info so on arrival after a long drive we had to walk into town to find an ATM. Not a great start 3. The shower drainage isn't effective meaning the bathroom floods when having a shower 4. The control switch for the boiler is next to the light switches, meaning it is easy to switch off (you realise when the hot water runs out!). Again a small notification or restriction on the switch would be a helpful addition)
