Positive: Big, 3 rooms 3 bathrooms (but be careful as only 1 bedroom has the bathroom in the room, the other bathroom on the hallway comun for the other 2 rooms and the 3rd is downstairs). We were there to play boardgames and is fine as they have a really large table in the living room.
Negative: A very very Big minus is that in July they did not have air conditioning, were 27,5 degrees in the house and only 1 little fan. Plus they do not have mosquitos protection on the windows to, at least, sleep with the windows open. Also, good to know that the owner is staying in the same yard with you on a separate little anexe next to the house.
Summary: Good for the money, perfect with an air conditioning system.
