Summary: Nice place, cozy, big room and bathroom, free parking on site, but.. the receptionist had some issues! First, she was very upset about the internet speed that she had to work with (not my problem!), then she asked me how I would like to pay (everything was already paid for since the reservation was made!) and top of all was in the morning when she told me she had to wait for 20 minutes because I was late for breakfast (what else beside smoking and drinking coffee did she have to do, anyway?)

Summary: Clean, modern, nice looking. The receptionist was amazing, not only did she share good pleases for us to visit/ see, but she also assisted with a reservation to a restaurant and making sure we had a cab there and back.

Summary: This is a beautiful hotel! We unfortunately did not catch her name, but the hotel owner was so friendly and helpful. She recommended a great restaurant so that we could try authentic food, and gave us advice about where to visit in town. Our room was large, comfortable and sparkling clean! Breakfast was a generous serving of traditional meats, cheeses, fruit and bread. There was also cereal and coffee. 10/10 - if I return to Braşov I will be staying here again!
