Villa 1311 is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo unique to the Island. It is a one of a kind villa that offers a large sitting room with HDTV & fireplace and an additional media room with HDTV. It has a spectacular view of the marina and hill country with a large wrap-around balcony and sun deck with grill. There is a King bed in the master, queen bed in the second bedroom, and 2 twins in the third bedroom. There are two sleeper sofas, one in the living room and one in the media room. Other features include 2 1/2 baths, Washer/Dryer, Wifi, and access to all Island Resort amenities that include indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, workout facility, tennis courts, and onsite restaurant. This villa is perfect for a large family or group of friends to have plenty of room to relax in this spacious condo after a wonderful day on Lake Travis!

This gated resort offers condos for rent whether it be long or short term. A very unique aspect about our property is each condo is done to individual owners taste.
The Island on Lake Travis is the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing romantic escape, and enjoy wildlife and breathtaking sunset views over the lake.
There are plenty of local attractions to explore to keep you busy if you are looking for something fun and exciting to do. Take a day trip to Marble Falls or Fredericksburg, check out one of the 18 hole golf courses nearby, or enjoy a wine tasting at a Flat Creek Winery!
When you rent from North Shore Vacation Rentals, you can expect top-notch customer service, and dedication to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Each of our condo's come with a fully equipped kitchen and linens for the bedrooms and baths. Covered Parking is on ground level with reserved parking, and additional "guest" spaces as well. There are 5 elevators on property.
We provide our guests with check in information prior to their arrival, which will include the front gate code, assigned parking spaces, directions to the condo and door code for added convenience. (Front Desk Check In is not required, and allows guests to arrive and access condo late at night if necessary).

Summary: The checkin process and instructions were helpful in preparing us for our arrival, the space was great and the layout worked for what we were looking for. The water level in the lake is low but we were still able to enjoy it and go fishing and we saw lots of deer every day.

Summary: We are most impressed with how the management worked with us in our need to reschedule our stay at the last minute. They were very accommodating and understanding of the weather issues, damage to the unit that we were supposed to stay in due to the weather, and the fishing tournament last minutes postponement! Cal and team went above and beyond to accommodate us. They also worked hard behind the scenes to open up facilities (outdoor pool) for people so to enjoy. Our unit was great. It was well kept and supplied. We only noticed upon arrival that the coffee maker had old grinds left in it. Nothing we couldn't work around. The views were great and fun was had! Thank you all so much for working with us. We look forward to returning and have sent a link to friends with friends in the Austin area as a recommendation!!

Summary: This is a well furnished comfortable condo. Master bed pillow-top mattress. good condition. Kitchen well stocked. Sofas and tables comfortable. Development has a nice pool / sun area. gym was closed due to covid. easy management to work with. I recommend this unit and area. it is about 30 minutes from Cedar Park / 183 but not to bad a drive.

Summary: Everything was amazing. The only issue we had was the coffee maker didn't work, but we called maintenance, and they immediately brought us another one. We were visiting to attend a wedding nearby. Lots of family members stayed in various condos throughout the sight. Each condo was a little different. Some were more plush than others, but all were nice. We had family members staying in probably 7 different condos on the sight, and everyone seemed to be very pleased. They used the pools with the little ones and had lots of fun. It was a great weekend.

Summary: This location is worth it all. The island is beautiful! The apartments are nice - just a tad bit dated. The island is very peaceful, the pool is great, nice kept grounds, lots of deer, easy access boat slip and plenty of parking. The apartment was nice and there was plenty of space. Some of the furniture is older. Under the pull out couches (which you can easily see when you open it) it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. We found a set of keys, silverware, crayons, old candy, and lots of trash. We vacuumed under there and the whole apartment so whoever comes next won’t see that problem. All in all, it was a really good experience and we would rent again!
