The house Pen Guen is a recent construction (2004) surrounded by a landscaped garden of 400 m2, facing south and sheltered from the prevailing winds. Located at the end of rue Jean Lecorve, 200 meters from the customs trails, 500 meters from the sea on foot. It is the ideal compromise between the sea and the calm of the countryside. An ideal place to stay and stay for families. Summary: Both the owner and the caretaker, Catherine, were very kind and helpful both prior to our arrival and on our arrival. The house was very well equipped with comfortable furniture and everything you would need in the kitchen.All the machines were high end.I would certainly recommend this house to anyone looking for peace and quiet,with a delightful walk to the most amazing beach and close to a little village with some delightful restaurants...particularly Les Delices de Jardin! Thank you Sebastien and Veronique.

Summary: The property was in a great location for the area and to be able to walk to the beach at Pen Guen. The property is well equipped, nice bedrooms and comfortable beds. The property could be 5 star if it was in a little bit better condition, some areas looked a bit tired and shabby. The pool and garden area were enjoyed by everybody. The main problem we had was with the hot water supply. In the morning there would only be enough water for 3 or 4 people to have showers. The house sleeps up to 14 people, we were a group of 10. We were informed about how to put the hot water on for longer but we did have to plan it in to our days and have a rota system for when people could have a hot shower. This is not ideal on holiday when paying that amount of money. It would have been nice also if we could have put the heating on if required, the weather was not particularly warm during the fortnight and some evenings were quite chilly. We did have a lovely holiday but small details can make a big difference.

Summary: Superbe séjour passé à St Cast avec un accueil très chaleureux, la maison est vraiment parfaite sans parler de la piscine chauffée, nous reviendrons sans hésiter et nous vous conseillons vraiment cette location.
