Featuring one king downstairs, 2 King upstairs, and a full over full bunk. All mattresses are top of the line to give you the best night's rest. Also featuring two pull-out sofa sleepers.

This Villa includes basic cable as well as STREAMING available for family entertainment!

Summary: We came to St George for our son's and his wife's graduation from medical school! There were 6 of us and our small dog staying there. We were very comfortable abd happy with the place. Rooms were as described and were clean. Master bedroom upstairs on the right has a foam mattress that wasn't comfortable. There was a problem with the toilet in the bathroom but it was fixed quickly. Would stay here again!

Summary: The unit is very spacious and nice. The garage was great to have. There seems to be a problem with the main door code entry lock. We couldn't open it and had to use the garage. The hot tub closing at 9 pm was a very big disappointment. It doesn't list the closing time anywhere in the room book. A full page of cleaning instructions seems excessive since you have house cleaners. The instruction book was helpful, but way too complicated.

Summary: Property is a 10 minute drive from downtown St. George, in a rapidly growing condo neighborhood. There are no grocery, restaurant, shopping or tourist attractions nearby. Condo is new, large, comfortable, quiet and well furnished.
