Just 200 metres from the sea and the GR34, close to the Rochers de St Guénolé, this house is perfect for a relaxing holiday in the Pays Bigouden. Enjoy the sea air, explore the local culture, and visit the historic sites. Nearby beaches offer swimming, kayaking, sailing, kitesurfing and surfing at La Torche. The commune also offers tennis, pétanque, mini-golf, hiking, horse riding and much more.
Our villa, ‘La Vigie’, is spacious and independent, situated in a quiet lane with an enclosed garden. On the ground floor, you'll find a garage, a cloakroom, a shower room with a bathtub for rinsing swimwear and wetsuits, a table football table, a separate WC and two bedrooms: a quadruple dormitory with bunk beds and a double ‘Garden’ bedroom with direct access to a 65 m² terrace.
The first floor includes a large fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room, a toilet and a double lounge with parquet flooring that can accommodate up to 15 people, with television (DTT and Netflix), books and board games.
The second floor includes the ‘Rose’ double bedroom, the ‘Aux Oiseaux’ bedroom (90x200 beds that can be converted to 180x200), a separate WC, a shower room with WC, and two other double bedrooms, ‘Anglaise’ and ‘Liberty’, each with shower and washbasin.
The attic is home to ‘La Vigie’, a double room with panoramic views over Audierne Bay and the Eckmülh lighthouse. There's also a sitting area with TV (TNT, Eurosport and Netflix).
The location is ideal for a car-free holiday: the sea and GR34 are 200 metres away, and Pors Carn/La Torche beach is 1 km away. Local amenities, including a bakery, pharmacy, restaurants and weekly market, are 600 metres away; a craft brewery and supermarket are 500 metres away.

For your comfort, the electrical installation has been redone and the windows are secure. Quality bedding, household linen provided, beds made on arrival. Cots and high chairs available on request.

Meter readings will be taken on arrival and departure, with consumption invoiced. Cleaning is included, but you are responsible for tidying up the dishes and managing the bins.
