House completely renovated in early 2018.
House without vis-à-vis with 5 bedrooms all modern comfort 220m2, heated and refreshing floor, on a fenced and wooded plot of 3000m2 with a secure 12m x 5m swimming pool with electric submerged curtain, located in Eyragues near Saint-Rémy-de- Provence, close to the typical Provençal village (5 mins walk), ideal for families with children.
5 bedrooms, 3 of which are on the ground floor: a master suite with Italian shower, washbasin, and WC, the other two bedrooms on the ground floor have a shared bathroom (bath, double sink, WC), one bedroom upstairs with twin beds. The 5th bedroom is located on the ground floor with its shower room and WC. A TV lounge, a library and a desk are available upstairs.
The main room (living room, dining room) opens onto a large covered terrace and onto the swimming pool and landscaped garden. The American kitchen is equipped with an American fridge overlooking the terrace. Big screen TV.
Outside you will find a large covered terrace (table and armchairs and a garden furniture) allowing you to take all of your meals facing the swimming pool.
The swimming pool beach with outdoor shower is equipped with deckchairs and ottomans, beach games and buoys.
A playground in the shade of a hundred-year-old oak tree will delight your children: slide, swings, climbing tower, large trampoline, etc.
Weber barbecue and plancha are available for your grills. The house is in a natural environment, outside the subdivision. This rental is located in the Alpilles near the Luberon, the Monts de Vaucluse, 4 km from Saint Remy de Provence, 15 minutes from Avignon and Les Baux de Provence or Arles. 45mn from Saintes Marie de la mer or Carry le Rouet / Sausset les Pins, 1h from Cassis / La ciotat. 40 minutes from Aix or Lubéron (Gordes, Roussillon, Lacoste, ...).

Summary: We had two wonderful weeks in this lovely and super clean and welcomning house. A superb pool and garden, a friendly and uncomplicated check in and cute little town nearby. Beds are very comfortable and the kitchen vey well equipped. We loved the placha and the icecubes from the big fridge.Thank you Magali and Vincent for a wonderful and comfortable stay in your house!

Summary: My adult kids, their family and friends and I spent a wonderful two weeks in this beautiful home in June 2024. It is spacious, comfortable, well equipped and well-located near Avignon. There are endless villages and towns within a 1.5 hour radius of the house and when you want to take a break from the Roman structures, the charming village squares, the lavender fields and the wineries, you relax in the lovely garden and pool that the home provides. Could not have been happier. Thank you for hosting us.

Summary: We had a superb stay in this holiday house - 2 weeks with our family, including 2 young kids and 8 adults. A warm welcome and friendly service from Magali & Vincent ! A comfortable clean swimming pool and a big nicely fenced garden. The kitchen and various rooms are well equipped ! I really can recommend this place for a relaxing and enpjoyable stay. Our 2 weeks went to fast :-)
