Summary: Good service and allways fast answers. The house is big and the garden and pool is really nice. Impovement on the furnuture. Many of the furnuture outside and some inside was broken. The pillows for the sunbeds was really dirty and need a good cleaning. The mattress for the childbed was not nice to put a child in. Maybe also get some childlinen for the bed so the big ones dont fall off when the child moves in the night.

Summary: This is one of a group of villas on an electronically gated complex, which is attached to a golf course, so very secure and very peaceful. There were a couple of minor things that could be tidied up (broken tiles/ fence panels/hole in trampoline) but nothing that I felt would cause a lesser score of 5 stars or lessen the enjoyment of your holiday.. The villa is spacious and has a lovely outdoors area and the pool is probably the nicest one I have used in a private villa. Its a lovely size with steps in and plenty of room to sunbathe. The pool also has a gated fence around it which was perfect when you have a 3yr old Alicante airport was 25 mins away, Benidorm 20 mins away, huge supermarket 10 mins away and San Juan beach was 15 mins away (all by car). The beach at San Juan is sandy and has loads of restaurants/bars along the promenade for strolling and enjoying an afternoon. 2 mins walk from the villa is approx half a dozen bars/restaurants and a small corner shop that sells lovely baguettes if thats what you fancy for lunch. I didnt play golf but the course looks absolutely lovely. I would definitely recommend this area and this villa to friends and family.

Summary: Brilliant location with lots to do. Beach is five to ten minute drive away , some lovely restaurants which are walking distance.

Summary: Very nice stay in 1 week for 6 adults and 3 children in June. Great swimming pool area and outside porch (veranda) ! Magnificent property and very good conditions. We will strongly recommend this place.

Summary: La Villa 25 en Bonalba es el sitio perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar del clima Alicantino. Hemos estado casi dos meses fuera de casa pero nos hemos sentido como en casa. Totalmente recomendable. Los colchones de las camas son antiguos y necesitan cambiarse lo antes posible, tuvimos que comprar un colchón (topper) para subsanar las molestias. Por lo demás, todo genial.

Summary: The garden was kept very nice and the pool was kept clean with the pool man every few days . Felt very safe and secure , the restaurants nearby were really good And within walking distance , would definitely book again

Summary: The Villa was lovely and clean. Very spacious for 9 of us. We stayed for 11 nights Has an excellent outdoor private pool and dining area. Location is safe and secure with a security gate. 4 bedrooms but only 3 has air conditioning. Kitchen well equipped with everything you need including dishwasher, large fridge freezer unit and a washing machine. Villa is located within very close proximity to local supermarkets, beach and Benidorm! Also only 20 mins away from airport. Ideal stay for families. P.s there is a golf resort 2 mins from villa for golf lovers that also has a nice big pool area for kids to enjoy Would stay here again.
