Positive: We felt very comfortable with this nice family. The room was large and there was everything we needed. The incredibly well-kept garden and the lovely balcony were also great. Even though we didn't use either of them because it was just too hot in April. The breakfast was also definitely plentiful and delicious. You are very close to a quiet beach and can get to all the other places quickly with a tuk tuk.
Negative: The family has two dogs, the young one still needs to be trained. They made sure that he was not outside when we came in the evening after we had difficulties, but if you are afraid of dogs, for example, this should be clarified beforehand.

Positive: Wonderful villa , 100 m from sandy beach. Comfortable bed & pillows. Great air conditioning. Huge en-suite bathroom. Plenty of hot water. Great shower. Spotlessly clean. Delicious breakfast of fresh fruit/ fruit juice / omelette / toast / string hoppers & curry. Dulaj is a professional chef do the evening meal is like 5 star dining. Delicious food.
Negative: We LOVED everything .

Positive: The property was very clean and fresh. The bed was comfortable. The host was friendly and kept his distance. The breakfast was small but fresh and adequate. The location was a 3-4 min walk to a beautiful beach.
Negative: The village is a little run down with no shops or cafes so walking around town is not an activity here, if you’re into that.

Positive: If you are looking for comfort and tranquility, this is a place not to be missed. You will stay on the first floor of a large and charming family house run by a Sri Lankan couple, 300m from the sea. There are only 2 rooms to rent, so no disturbance or nuisance from neighbors. The guest terrace overlooks the sea and the lush tropical garden. It is in the shade all morning and is equipped with large shutters for the sun. The rooms are sufficiently spacious and well appointed. Solid wood furniture, very good bedding, large bathroom, always hot water, air conditioning, fan and fridge. The hosts are very welcoming and charming and you will quickly feel at home. Breakfast is included in the price and is plentiful. It is also possible to order a la carte for lunch and dinner. I highly recommend it, it's delicious and convenient because there isn't much around. There are 2 restaurants on the beach, one of which was closed and the other one very expensive. Overall, the beach is practically deserted, which is part of its charm. On the main road you will find a kind of bakery, an ATM and two small shops. Once again, there isn't much in the area but it is possible to rent a scooter if you want to explore. I highly recommend this place for people who want peace and quiet, to be a little away from the tourist places while still having all the comfort. You can hardly find better I think and personally, I extended my stay and stayed 4 nights instead of 2. A place to discover and to remember. Thank you
Negative: The tropical garden can be a bit noisy early in the morning, due to the birds and squirrels and I'm noise sensitive. Also, there are many dogs around and you'll hear them barking, sometimes also during the night. These are really details compared to all the benefits of this place.

Positive: Nice owners, location 100 meters walk to a beautiful beach, excellent food. Only 2 quality rooms in the family villa with a nice garden. Relaxed atmosphere.
Negative: No beds available for the beach. Very loud music from the neighbour house occupied by a group of young men. It was maybe just for the 3 nights we styaed there but earplugs recommended
