Positive: We very much enjoyed having access to such a big terrace to relax in the sun even after a day on the beach. Comfortable outside there. Beds were comfortable and always great having a washing machine.
Negative: Only thing is the little steps moving from 1 room to another , you just have to be careful sometimes moving around the apartment. Apart from that everything was great!

Positive: Great location, very close to Modern/Neversea beaches. Spotless clean, with all the amenities one could need (fully equipped kitchen, towels, extra sheets available). The big terrace is indeed a plus. Moreover, the communication with the host was seamless and the check-in process as well.
Negative: One minor downside was that the bed from one of the bedrooms creaked a little, maybe it could use some fixing/changing.
