Positive: The apartment had was very spacious and we found the outdoor kitchen was extremely useful especially when we were constantly in the pool and using the outdoor bbq. There was plenty of sun beds for everyone and seating. Truly a great place and definitely great value for money!!
Negative: There was a small issue with the microwave but Erkin had this solved very quickly. He always responded within the hour and was extremely reliable. Definitely made our holiday a lot smoother! It is also quite a distance from the beach however we took a taxi that cost just under £15 but there are endless options of shops and restaurants close by.
Summary: A lovely family holiday, would definitely recommend and return!!!

Positive: very good location, easy walk to centre.Really nice pool with decent pool furniture, fridge, sink and stovetop in the outbuilding/pump room. Good kitchen and living area. No reason not to have a good holiday here but there were some issues, though fair to say the owner was fully co operative, addressed them promptly when emailed and tried his best to accommodate from a distance- he was absent the whole month we stayed, and had to direct others to attend. We enjoyed our stay on balance but we really expected something better - no point going to the trouble of a review if not being honest.
Negative: I dont give negative reviews and this is no exception, but - no one to welcome or even a key to get in, been on the move 27 hrs, arrived at arranged time, (middle of the day) had to ask neighbour/taxi driver to call to get a key delivered. It is not as private as led to believe, the villa is attached to another property and that family need to enter the garden/pool area to get to their house, although they do not use the pool.The garden/pool area is much smaller than the photos suggest and overlooked by nearby properties on 3 sides, soon to be 4 sides as another place is under construction very close to the boundary. The bedrooms are on the ground floor as is one bathroom. Main bedroom nice, but all ground floor rooms have slight issues with rising damp due to method of construction, which spoils decoration here and there. The layout of the place was the main drawback, the living area being on the first floor means you are up and down stairs all the time, you cant just walk out to the pool area from the living area. For shorter stays maybe not an issue but after a month its a drag. I wont mention the small stuff, we were obviously the first guests of the season and a few things needed sorting which we did ourselves.
Summary: It was pleasant enough and we had a good holiday

Positive: It felt like home. Villa was located at a perfect spot, not far from center but also pretty calm. We enjoyed the pool and our vacation. We had regular visits from stray cats even from a turtle :) looking forward to come back next year.
Negative: There was nothing not to like except of the very heart breaking sight of neighbor's poor dog which was kept the entire time bond to the wall, sometimes under sun without having any mobility.

Positive: Great location, quiet but a 5 min walk to the river and the start of the resort. The Villa has all the facilities you need, air-con, comfy rooms, pool, outdoor sun beds, well equipped kitchen fridge etc
Negative: The Wi-Fi not as good as you get in the UK but to be fair there was no decent wi-fi in the whole resot

Positive: Excellent location to the centre. Very quiet area. Outdoor furniture and pool excellent.
Negative: It needs more cups, glasses etc for the amount of people it can hold. I would suggest definitely providing plastic glasses too for the pool area. Just needs little bits doing- light bulbs checking inside and out etc and maybe provide an information book to show where things are, how things work( cooker, washer) and information about Dalyan. Small things!!!!
