Positive: Beautiful property. Fantastic location. Easy walk into Margarites with all its shops and tavernas.

Negative: It won’t suit every group to split into 2 houses, but actually worked perfectly for our family group. Just one very small observation - it would be nice for shower gels etc. to be provided.

Positive: We loved villa aceso! It looked just like the pictures online and was even better in person. So peaceful and tranquil, the pool was the highlight of our stay and the pizza oven was amazing. The villa is remote, so car hire is essential otherwise taxi to local town Rethymno is 35 euros each way. We did find one local cafe which delivered called Perix, highly recommend, food was really good and well priced. The villa pretty much has everything you need and is well equipped, concierge and hosts were helpful and whenever we needed help they were on hand. As we arrived late they had dinner waiting for us and leaving gifts on our departure were a nice touch. Would definitely recommend this villa!

Negative: Only a few minors that didn't really affect our stay but the aircon wasn't great, didn't blow out freezing cold air like a hotel one, but kept the villa cool enough, so it wasn't a massive issue. There wasn't any cupboard space for our shopping in the kitchen, apart from the fridge, so if you are doing a big shop, there isn't really much space to put your things away. There is two villas either side of Aceso, one is occupied and the terrace from the master bedroom can be seen by the other villa, so unfortunately we didn't use it as we wanted privacy, but the rest of the villa is private, so again wasn't a massive issue.

Positive: the view from the outdoor area was very scenic and tranquil despite the road beneath the infinity pool you heard little to no traffic day to day. lots of entertainment areas.

Negative: There are a lot of aspects of this villa which could be easily enhanced. if you wish to have further details I would be happy to provide some constructive feedback to better the facilities further giving it the ultimate luxury feel.
