Positive: The hosts have thought of everything. We wanted a holiday where we felt completely at home. A combination of cooking and eating in the villa and going out to restaurants. Patrizia has considered every single thing that you could possibly need. The AC and hot water works like a dream. Two fridge freezers to store drinks and food. When we arrived, we were starving and worried about what we would eat, Patrizia had prepared a banquet of yummies for us. We were so grateful. The villa is beautifully designed and practical. The garden and pool are just delightful. We had a problem with a barking dog who had been left by a tenant in an adjoining villa. We messaged Patrizia and she literally came to talk to the tenants within an hour and sorted the problem out. Location wise, we travelled a lot by car and San Teodoro gives easy access to all the road networks you need. Don’t miss Isoledda and Cinta Beaches which are really close to this villa. White sand and turquoise water. Stunning! I would highly recommend this property.

Positive: After an easy drive from the airport, we were greeted at the property Patrizia and her husband. They showed us around the beautiful villa and explained where everything was. There was a wonderful lunch spread out on the table and the fridge was filled with water, beer and wine! So many thoughtful touches to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The pool and garden were also beautifully kept with wonderful views of the mountains and sea. The little town of San Teodoro was about a 10 minute drive away (I would definitely hire a car) Lots of restaurants to choose from and little shops to browse in, but most close from 2-5 pm. So many lovely beaches close to the villa too. All in all a wonderfully relaxing holiday!
Negative: There was nothing we disliked at all, but a luggage rack would be useful and milk in the fridge for tea!

Positive: Our hosts Patrizia and Nicola were excellent. The villa was large, well kept and had every facility you could need. Our hosts laid on a welcome buffet which was much appreciated as we were late evening arrivals.
Negative: The local taxi service was poor and unreliable.
Summary: A most enjoyable stay and the town of San Teodoro 4-5kms away was pleasant.

Positive: From start to finish, Patrizia and her husband could not have been more helpful and welcoming, greeting us with a table laden with Sardinian treats on our arrival. The villa is spacious, comfortable, clean and decorated to make it feel like a home. It had every amenity we needed. The garden and pool were also immaculately clean and offered stunning sunrise views. We were allocated a parking space during our stay which was appreciated. The walk to the nearest beautiful sandy beach was less than 1km away. The nearest town,San Teodoro, was only a 10 minute drive away. It was buzzing in the evening and we were spoilt for choice with restaurants and bars. In the other direction, also a very short drive away, was the port where we enjoyed the wonderful atmosphere and ate at a couple of the restaurants there too. Amazing hosts, stunning villa and facilities. Would strongly recommend you book!
Negative: Everything was amazing. I would have liked to have been able to walk into the town too, but we chose walking distance to the beach instead.
