Positive: Konstantinos and his family were very good hosts and have been available before and during our stay. They have been checking in regularly to see if everything was well and if we needed anything. We have been to several houses in Greece but this one has been the best one so far. Very clean, spacious, good kitchen and all the necessary equipment were available. The garden is really good and we loved spending time there, also enjoying the pool and the ping pong table. A big plus is also that they have moskito nets in all sleeping rooms. Furthermore, the furniture is new, the beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works perfectly. The house is very well located and you are flexible to reach many places in Crete. We can only recommend staying in Villa Amalia.

Positive: Indoors the villa is fully equipped, exceptionally clean and everything is of high quality. Outdoors you get an incredible yard, a great pool with outdoor showers and loungers and plenty of seating both in the yard and on the giant terrace. The premises is beautiful with green grass, flowers, apple and citrus trees, grapevines and even some strawberry plants. There's also a large private parking and a great BBQ area. The location is great if you're looking for access to both the north and southern shores. A 20 minute drive to great beaches in the south (for example Skinaria beach) and also the same driving time to Rethimno. Konstantinos is a great host! Very attentive and super friendly, super easy to communicate with. He left us welcome gifts including delicious wine and Raki made by his family!

Positive: Everything. Konstantinos was a great host. He was available all the time. He made for us icecream surprise. The house was fully equiped. The pool was great but 1,60 m. depth. The house was 25 min distance frim Rethimno and 25 min from South beaches incl Preveli.
