Positive: Spacious and clean: The room was very large, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Everything felt fresh and well maintained. Amazing staff: The staff members were extremely kind, respectful, and professional. Their attitude really made the stay pleasant. Special thanks to the lady in charge, who was very attentive. Bathroom issue resolved: At first, there was a small issue with the electricity/light flickering in the bathroom water, but the lady immediately helped us by giving access to another bathroom for the shower. The problem was handled quickly and with care. Facilities: The pool and the entire villa were excellent, offering a very relaxing environment. Attention to detail: Even though we were the only guests that night, the staff kept the lights on in the riad’s common areas, the entrance, and even the pool lighting at night, which shows they really care about small details and guest comfort. Breakfast: The breakfast was basic but sufficient, enough to start the day well.

Negative: The location on Google Maps/Booking maps is incorrect. At first, we were directed to a completely wrong place, about 30 minutes away by car, which caused a lot of stress. Only after contacting the lady on WhatsApp did we receive the correct location. I strongly recommend asking the host directly for the exact location before heading there, to avoid confusion. Overall: A great stay with only a small issue related to the map location. The villa, the staff, and the cleanliness were excellent. Highly recommended.

Positive: Exceptional hospitable service The most beautiful Villa / Riad I’ve seen. Calm and surreal atmosphere Clean with regular housekeeping Pool facility great Variety of food for breakfast Welcoming and inviting people who work there including Souad, Khadija and Khadija 😊 Najwa and the lady in the evening Zahra. Thank you Alix and team, you gave us an exceptional service. Nothing was too much and we will return again. In sha Allah Points of interest a little far to walk in hot weather so download InDrive as taxis are expensive. Best restaurant to eat at and reasonable price 12 min walk from Villa called Plats Hajj Boujemaa. Fish and meat restaurant separated. 100% delicious.

Negative: We enjoyed everything!

Positive: Beautiful building, spacious rooms and the staff were amazing and would do anything to help.

Negative: We loved everything but would maybe have liked to have been within walking distance of the main square…we caught InDrives when we could but it was harder to find an InDrive for a family of 5. We caught taxis sometimes too which wasn’t a problem but added up over the week.

Summary: Amazing, Alix and the staff are so lovely and will do anything to help. The breakfast is also delicious.

Positive: It was a lovely place, ready to fully accommodate your needs, staff very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast very tasty. This place has a nice character. Very clean and comfortable to rest. Owner was very helpful with advice to go about.

Negative: Only 2 down things shower, water wasn’t staying the same temperature, took many adjustments to have a shower. And bed side lamps weren’t working well, first was one then none…

Summary: It was very safe clean quiet friendly place to stay
