Positive: We are here not in the busy season so in the whole building was just us. And we only stayed here for 1 night. So I guess here must be very nice when in summer. Water was tasty and hot water for the shower was good. Beds are comfortable. Nice view from the balcony, beautiful sunrise!

Negative: There is no shower curtain in the bathroom, which is quite small, so it became really messy after taking shower. I mean, how much could it cost for just install a basic shower curtain? There are at least 3 hungry cats here, they scratch the door during the whole night, that was frightening before we found out that it was the cats in the morning. But still quite uncomfortable that they wait just in front of the door and want to take any chance to get in (they were even trying jumping through the window). We have to distract them with throwing food before we get out. That was lucky that we had some last piece of bread. I think the owner should consider feeding the cat when there are not so many tourists.

Positive: We loved the balcony, with a green view towards the village, sea and the mountains of the Peloponnese beyond. The Villa is down a side road, so very quiet, with a short walk to the beach. Spacious grounds with some play equipment, so would also be good for a family.

Summary: Great facility near to attractive towns, restaurants, beaches - you really need a car.
