Positive: - We had a nice time in the pool although it is quite small by villa standards. - a 10 minute walk to a very pretty beach. - we were lucky with the weather.
Negative: - After a swimming pool, one of the key features we look for is air-conditioning - that is what we filter our searches on! When we booked in late 2024 this property was listed as having air con, so we booked it. When we arrived we were told it was "for heating only", which is incorrect (we googled the units). To make sure we didn't use it, the remote controls were removed and it was switched off at the fuse box. It was a very hot week and our children were especially hot at night. I note that the air-conditioning option has been removed from the property description now. I suspect it either doesn't work or costs too much to run as air con. Either way it felt deceptive. - It is run by a management company. This felt very impersonal compared to the two other villas that we stayed in for this trip. - the photos are out of date by years. Lots of other properties have been built around it, and there is one less sofa in the lounge, for example.

Positive: The location was great - easy walk to the beach, and a short bus trip to both Notre-Dame-De-Monts and Saint-Jean-De-Monts. Facilities were very clean, and the pool was much loved by kids and adults alike!

Positive: Space we had and the pool! Loads to do in the area even if you were juat walking. Lovely people around us and beach at our disposal if we wanted... Staff were amazingly helpful when we contacted them with questions!
Negative: Nothing we didn't like...there was building work being done near us that we weren't aware of however their timings were short!
