Summary: This villa was absolutely perfect, it is huge, very well equipped and so much space for a family of seven. The photos do not really capture how amazing the property is. It was spotless, well maintained and the host was very attentive when needed. We did have a blockage however in the lower level toilet and a couple of us walked into the glass doors, they could maybe do with a frosted strip across the middle of the glass. It cost approximately €5 in a bolt/uber to get into the centre of Cascais. There is a McDonald’s within walking distance and the villa is located in a peaceful, upmarket, residential area of Birre, Cascais. Overall we were extremely happy with the villa and we would highly recommend to anybody else.

Summary: The villa was modern, clean and spacious and overall we enjoyed our stay. Quiet and nice residential location - having a vehicle is pretty much a requirement. However, there were several things that could have much improved the experience: We paid for the pool to be heated but there was no cover and the pool was constantly full of leaves, debris etc, and lost a lot of the heat through no cover. So we actually could not use it so a waste of money for us (at 35Euros per day). Basic and minimal supplies provided. Be prepared to provide or purchase most things you may need to stay here. There wasn't even a remote control to be able to use the ceiling fan in the master bedroom. Smell from toilet in master bedroom and shower didn't attach to wall properly. Plumbing issue in the basement toilet also. Again, we enjoyed our stay but there is lots of room for improvement also.
