Then there is a spacious kitchen with direct access to the garden, equipped with: dining table, stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge and microwave.
Lastly you will find a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with bathtub).
First floor: The first floor is dedicated to the sleeping area, made up of 3 double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathroom (2 with shower and 1 with bathtub) and parquet floors. Furthermore, two bedrooms also have direct access to the covered terrace, equipped with table and chairs.

Excluded from the price: Utilities according to consumption (water, gas, electricity); final cleaning (400.00€).
