4 Bedroom Villa in Terramar Beach, Galveston

This spacious, elegant villa on the bay comes with 4 bedrooms , 3.5 bathrooms, huge deck, living room, big dinning/bar area and awesome open kitchen.
Master bedroom on the 2nd floor has a queen set with a master bath and balcony, overlooking the bay. 3rd floor has a spectacular master suite with a king bed and 2 full size futons, with 180 degree view of the bay and a big balcony as well. Two other bedrooms on the third floor have triple bunk beds (top is twin, second level is queen, and third is again full size). View from inside the house feels like you are on a cruise ship floating in a serene ocean. You will wake up to an amazing view and see the most splendid sunsets here.
House has two decks, 1st one is on the second floor over looking the bay. Second deck is on the 3rd floor attached to the master suite. Great places to enjoy that amazing sunset or just relax with friends from almost every room.
Private community beach is a minute drive from the house.
This is a fisherman's paradise with industrial flood lights for night fishing. You can catch Reds, Black Drum, Speckle Trout, Sand Trout, Flounder, and Crocker. Great place for wading or gigging (when season is open). Community pool is also available for the guests.
The house next door is also available for rent at a discounted combined price for bigger groups and gatherings such as reunions, and socials. These houses together are sitting on the best location in the whole West Side of Galveston.
You are 20 mins far from Pleasure Pier, Sea Wall and the Strand where you can enjoy various restaurants, theater, shopping, golfing, Moody Gardens, Schliterbhan, etc.
It will be an unforgettable and unique experience. Feel free to visit and inspect the house prior to renting for your vacation. Inspection can be scheduled with two days prior notice to us.

Summary: Location is fantastic! You can go fishing and crabbing in the bay in the "backyard", drive/walk across the main road to the beach. You are 20 minutes from Galveston. There is a great bait shop, restaurant and bar one neighborhood away. Owner is super nice and helpful. We had one small issue with the downstairs a/c and he had it FIXED within 2 hours of me messaging him! Yes the house needs some work, but there are signs of repairs and renovations being done. It is still a nice, clean house with a great layout. It has a large open kitchen, two large master suites and two nice bedrooms (queen bed and a queen/twin bunk in each) that share a jack and jill bath. We will definitely be back!!

Summary: You have a beautiful house. The house could have some updates but overall the location and availability to spend quality family time was nice. We were able to fish at our leisure and not have to go anywhere. This made everything nice and enjoyable.

Summary: We enjoyed the house. Cold AC and all appliance works. House was clean and there's enough blankets and pillows for everyone. Beds need to be updated because most queen beds sink in middle. Feels like jet skis need to be moved from patio because it took up space. Just a needs a couple of improvement but overall stay was great.

Summary: The location of this house is perfect, beautiful deck to watch the sunset from ever evening. The fishing and crabbing was what sold it to the kids. The owner is very responsive when texting him for questions. The house needs a little updating, sink in the kitchen has a big crack which a bucket had to be put under to catch the dripping water, sink in lower deck could have a pvc pipe attached to it so it doesn’t puddle up around the dock area. The house was very clean when we checked in but could use new carpeting and a coat of fresh paint. One other negative thing I could say is that I was told there was a BBQ grill to use so we bought plenty of meat to grill and the pit was so rusted and none existent we ended up having to put everything in the oven, besides that we would definitely rent this place again.

Summary: This property was really nice, easy check in and check out. I will definitely rent the place again. We were able to relax and fish at night and in the morning straight from the house without going anywhere. The fire pit at night was wonderful with friends and a glass of wine. We enjoyed our stay.

Summary: It was a nice house had everything we needed for our stay except chairs outside and interior design was a little outdated but still was comfortable. But location was great and loved the view from the water. Overall we had a great family vacation.

Summary: Our family enjoyed the venue immensely. The peaceful atmosphere and amazing views were great. The early mornings were my favorite. The kids enjoyed fishing and swimming. At night we caught fish, jellyfish and crabs right off the dock.
