Positive: We loved how spacious the villa was, facilitating many rooms that were spacious too. Clean and well maintained. There was plenty of cutlery, games, and lovely big TV. The villa has nice communal areas, with 4 floors! It is a very safe residential area. We were a group of 5 girls, and we felt safe travelling at night. The residents in the area were also very happy to help and welcoming.. The villa is very beautiful with a laundry room too. Gonzalo was very welcoming and helpful, he went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay and were comfortable. He also provided us with recommendations with what to do in the area during the day and night We were grateful for the snacks he left for us 😃
Negative: The AC units throughout the villa need to be refilled as it was quite uncomfortable with 30 degrees heat outside. we just about managed to get the villa cool as possible. The lighting in the master bedroom, which is on the top floor, needs to also be updated. It was quite difficult at night to get ready! The swimming pool looks a lot bigger in the pictures when we saw it we were quite disappointed as we thought as a group of 5 ladies we would spend a lot of time in there and we didn't get in once. It is also quite outdated and needs to be redone.

Positive: Three bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. Well appointed. Spacious.
Negative: 3.4 km from Cathedral area in Palma need to take bus or taxi. Not an easy walk takes about 50 mins. Beds not comfortable. Pool very small more of a plunge pool. Stopped working on second last day. House needs general maintenance and painting inside and outside. No instructions on how to use equipment. No information about how to travel locally or about attractions. In general house is well laid out but requires a lot of general updating and maintaining to bring it up to standard.
Summary: House is too far out of Palma and is tired and in need of some loving care
