The villa is located in the heart of an estate with 250 olive trees, immersed in the fragrant Mediterranean scrub.
The property sleeps a total of 14 guests. The villa accommodates 10 guests with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, while the guesthouse (dependance) sleeps 4 guests and has 1 bathroom. You can also enjoy beautiful boat excursions to the Maddalena Archipelago or go on fishing trips — and it’s not uncommon to spot groups of dolphins swimming around you during these outings.
A large shopping center is just a 10-minute drive away.
The historic center of Olbia is 15 minutes away by car, where you can enjoy lovely strolls along the seafront while having a delicious ice cream, or go shopping along the main street.

Summary: Many listings show pictures that turn out to be better than reality, but not so this villa. The quiet hillside location has a spectacular view over Porto Rotondo and the sea, and there was yacht racing while we were there to keep us entertained. The host were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Any issues we had were quite small and fixed quickly, I'd just recommend a few more cooking plans for the oven in an otherwise well furnished property. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you for having us!
