Positive: - The house is on an awesome location. - The owners were attentive and kind. - The property is well-equipped.
Negative: I disliked the last minute information saying that towels were not available (not even with an extra fee), that the bed sheets were single-use and that we had to pay an extra fee of 40 euros for cleaning. I would rather get that information before confirming the booking than right before entering the house, when you have no margin to disagree... that was disturbing... In the first moment, I was as well disturbed by the fact that the house is divided in two, with the owner of the property using the other half, but finally the relation was cordial and there were no further issues from that perspective. Though, my expectation from the advertising was that we would have the entire property available. In summary, information-wise there is improvement room. Said that, we were satisfied during our estance.

Positive: A very peaceful and spacious house — no-nonsense, comfortable, and easy to manage independently. Check-in and check-out were fully automated and incredibly smooth. Everything worked exactly as expected Location if you're looking for access to the beach is amazing
Negative: Not a huge fan of single use bedding... But I understand it's efficency

Positive: Mirko was very kind and helpful. He communicated with me even before arrival, recommended good restaurants and bars in the area. He also helped us on the way to the airport. I could rely on him if I had any problem. The accommodation was very pleasant, nice and clean. We also had coffee and tea available (and a small sweet gift). The accommodation was close to the beach - unfortunately we didn't use it due to the bad weather, but nobody can't control that :)
Summary: I highly recommend the accommodation and the host :) Thank you very much.
