Relaxing & very comfortable two story house two minutes away beautiful beaches. It is a hidden gem, slightly recessed from the main road and nested among the local flavor of the area.
The second floor is the primary living space where there are three bedrooms that can accommodate six people, one bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen and a living room. There is air-conditioning throughout the house. Also, there is a balcony where you can sit with your favorite beverage to enjoy a lovely panoramic view of palm trees, beach, the lighthouse and even some local action and music.
The first floor is an open-air terrace full of relaxing hammocks, a second fully-equipped bathroom, and a laundry room. There is also an outdoor shower where you can rinse off after a fun day at the beach.
With a privacy fence and gates surrounding the property, there is room for multiple parking spaces and a large open backyard perfect for family gatherings such as parties or reunions. This open area accommodates a fire pit, swing, and many games for the whole family to enjoy.
A beautiful beach awaits you with only a short walk from the house. This beach lies within a reef protected bay resulting in gentle waves for relaxed floating and swimming. You can also take long walks along the shoreline to explore nature's beautiful surroundings. And, in the area there are plenty of walking distance restaurants, as well as some rental companies for fun beach activities such as kayaking, catamaran, fishing, and bio bay trips.

Summary: The house is lovely. It is an easy walk down to the beach, and there are plenty of chairs and beach gear for your needs. The house was very clean when we arrived, and the kitchen had just the right amount of pots and pans to make breakfast or a small dinner. There is a restaurant close by that has amazing food, too, if you don’t feel like cooking. This is our second time staying at the house for Spring Break, and I love it so much that I plan on coming back again.

Summary: This was a best family vacation ever. The house was clean, adorable, and had everything we needed. The beach is literally a 2 minute walk! If you walk 20 minutes up the shore and along dirt paths in either direction, you get to stunning remote empty beaches. We like nature with no bells or whistles and that's exactly what we got! It also had a very local vibe rather than touristy which we loved. You will need a car to get to the grocery store but the driving is easy. Our hosts answered us promptly and with very helpful information. I see in other reviews that people mentioned the house is in a trailer park and it IS surrounded by campers but they were cute! The neighborhood was charming and we felt very safe. We can't wait to go back.

Summary: We loved our stay at Villa Camelia. The house was spacious and my kids loved using the hammocks at night and playing games on the first level. They provided a ton of beach equipment, coolers, beach wagon (although by this leg of our trip we just parked at seven seas for 5 instead of walking over.) The water was so calm at Seven Seas and my kids could snorkel and enjoy the beach without the red flags that many of the beaches experienced during our stay. There are restrooms, etc. available at this beach which was a pleasant surprise. We would definitely stay again. There are weekend campers around the property which seemed empty until Friday night. It’s a nice quiet area and yes the restaurant Costa Mia has a generator running but from the main level the house obstructs most of that sound in my opinion. It was a great location for this part of PR! Thank you

Summary: We loved our stay here. Easy walk down to the beach, and the kayaks made our stay so much more fun. Host had everything needed for a great day at the beach (chairs, cooler, and a wagon to carry everything). The property is fantastic. I traveled with my three teens and we all had plenty of space to spread out. Fantastic value!

Summary: Lovely stay. We enjoyed the very short walk to the beach, several restaurants within walking distance, and hiking at the nature reserve and to beaches. We put the kayaks and lifejackets in our minivan rental and went to the bioluminescent Laguna grande. Washer and dryer was great to have though would caution to only fill washer half full.

Summary: We had a wonderful time staying at Villa Camelia. The beach was walking distance, and there are some fantastic trails on the nature reserve. The house was very clean, and there were all the amenities you needed for the beach: chairs, coolers, snorkeling masks, and kayaks. Also, it’s a great location. We were able to go to the grocery store and pick up things we needed, but there is a restaurant that is walking distance, too. We did day trips to El Yunque and San Juan while staying for the week (we rented a car). I definitely would plan to stay at Villa Camelia next time I plan a trip to Puerto Rico in the Fajardo area.

Summary: Nice house. Not directly on the beach and the surrounding area isn’t the most pleasant I could only hear a generator running constantly instead of the ocean… but a clean, nice house.
