Positive: The apartment is cute and well decorated. It also had air conditioning which is essential in summer. Great pool and beach location. Secure with locked gated entry to the estate.
Negative: The place really could have been bigger. We kept hitting our heads due to the sloped low roof as its on the second floor. It also didn't have any of the items you'd expect a host to provide like the hand soap in the bathroom, and the laundry soap for the laundry machine and the towels provided are really quite old.
Summary: Nice stay, good location for visiting, right on beach. good pool.

Positive: - amazing pool, very clean - very quiet place - comfortable bed and pillows - very close to the beach - silent option for the airco - every day there are fresh bakery products available to buy from a white van(very good products) - the host is very responsive and helpful
Negative: - during the booking process, there is no option to choose which room you book. There is a room downstairs and one upstairs but we only got to know which one we got until the actual key was handed. There should be an option to choose - shower drain is a bit clogged - faucets are a bit old and could be changed - the mokka coffee pot could be replaced as well, it's ready to retire

Positive: Spacious, comfortable apartment; lovely pool; great beach right by the apartment. Vincenzo was exceptionally responsive when we needed assistance. There’s a good train link to Cefalu and Palermo from the local station.
Negative: We’d recommend having a car as local restaurants and shops are more than 1km away.
Summary: Very relaxing stay. We loved the pool and easy access to a great beach.

Positive: Everything was great. Four of us spent ten days at the lower apartment. The place is specious with an access to comfortable patio. Kitchen is well equipped (you will find there everything you need to prepare a proper meal). Laundry room is also available. WIFI signal is strong, which was very important for us as we were partially working. Both pool and beach are few steps away. The host is super nice and helpful. If you do not speak Italian, Google Translate comes in handy :) Neighborhood is super nice and quite. If you need a drink or quick supper, there is a great pub 5-8mins away on foot (Bar 55). Nearest supermarket and other restaurants are 30 mins away on foot. If you do not like long walks, consider renting a car or motor bike. And finally, if you are an animal lover, bring some food as there some lovely and hungry stray cats in the village.

Positive: We liked the views. The immediate area felt neglected and in the middle of nowhere. The beach was dirty and the weeds at the pool area were growing in the paving.
Negative: The apartment was small with low ceilings. We felt like we couldn’t stand up straight. I couldn’t climb into bed without banging my head.
